Compared to before, the UP is very easy, I think not bad it would create another char, since lvl 61 easily reaches you, so you do not lose much time leveling another char.

doesn't change nothing...you can up your char that will be the same thin that create another, and yes it's lot's more easy to up, that is lot of things to help in up now.

Now I've seen has a cash item that unlocks a user type lan house.
That frees you to buy several items that increase xp and honor others and this is easier.
