Thread: League-of-Legends pServer emu

Hey guys!
I found this forum while searching for "how to write game server emus".
I'm currently searching for some skilled guys, who are up for writing a simple league of legends server.
Since I think it is almost impossible to do this alone, I would like to find some guys helping me.
Anyway, I never made a private server before and there are some points I don't get at all.

At first, sniffing the game protocol gives me headache!
Because I have no clue how to sniff the League of Legends protocol and encrypt it...

Secondly it would be important, since I am not willing to write a client :P, to give the server map informations.
I mean the server must know the map, and I would appreciate it, if anyone is up to sniff it out of the game files.

The rest, like implementing spells,abilities,champion/building settings,... won't be a problem I think, since they can be found on the lol wiki.
The algorithms will be much, but I think that this isn't a big deal as well.

I hope I can find some ppl, that are up to do that, or at least giving hints
