First I know dungeon crystals can be really expensive when you plan to farm/spam the place for awhile, and Two having a low drop rate on the server hinders your chance of making bank. Now my question is, is it possible to eliminate the need of dungeon crystal to enter?

If you are referring waxes necessary to go into some dg's, I do not think it's possible to get without the wax, because this is a condition imposed by the server.
When you click into the dg is sent to the server and an application server verifies the location of the wax in your inventory, if you have the wax you enter if you have not does not enter. man i supposed that is not possible...because this came from the server....the only possible way that i think it would be with some pack...but it would be functional because for you use the pack you must to use the aika no-xtrap, that would closed you game in 5 min

Server side impose the activation to enter the dungeon but don't you think we can trick the NPC that we have the crystal in our inventory in order to enter a specific level on the dungeon? I'm new to this Aika research but in the past I have used WPE and other app to sniff packets and edit them into tricking the server that I have the item required to do a task.

WPE only sends the information to the server, this information will be verified and if you have the necessary requirements the server frees the application, otherwise it will be denied.

No, because you do not have the item the server does not recognize it as a valid command
