Friend jujuba01 second my research some of us can do just client-side bug, but on the server side can not, it probably is made with WPE PRO, who should be able to edit packages and probably should have edited a received packet so they could send.
A simple example would be to edit the package that says User "has no light of Hestia."
I do not know how to edit packages WPE if you know any tool that does this send me a PM.

Guys, let me tell you again, what I've said some weeks before. This lvl 80 Rare Bug is TOTAL FAKE. There's no Rare Hack, or Server-Side bypass. I've been analysing Aika for a good time, and I can tell you these packets can't be edited by WPE Pro, since they're edited. Only decrypting them, and I decrypted it and tried to edit this packet, and there's no way this working. Don't waste your time trying to do something that doesn't even exist.

It's nice to see people studying to discover it, but as I said above, "this Rare Bug" is only a waste of time.

Unfortunatly i Agree with AikaMaster...This Bug is client side...
It really can be made, but only you can see...That's why some time ago The GM in the AikaBr said..
It would never been reported in their system a Bug related to it!!
