1- C.E

2- So the steps are: launching requiem, logging in, choosing a character and entering the world.

3-Then we need to minimize the game.

4- process requim (Value type" box click "Text", then )

5- write the name of the skill ( Elec bolt)

6- (attention) serves 0.4 allows delay

7- "search values" and CE will get a lot of values,Now we need to find the skills group

8-after group of values that is something alike found.

9- 03 a group of adresses that go in order one by one with the similar first numbers.

10- Click the 1st adress of the group. We can see the "Elec bolt" word again, but after it noting more, just alot of space, filled with "0" , Scroll down and you can see that "0" were replaced by numbers and lette.

11- On the next line of the 1st column we can see "01"-it's the lvl of our supposed skill ("Elec Bolt").and if u have skill over 1lvl in-game

12-Look for the value in the same group of adresses, probably last one, if u have 10 lvl of skill, click on it and then again open "browse this memory region".
Again we can see "Elec bolt" and a lot of space, scroll down, on the 2nd line there's "0A"- it's your 10 lvl skill. So we've finally found it! Scroll one line down and find 12th column, you can see "3F" value there, change it to "FF". Now we can use skill at any direction!
So, go 2 lines down, left click the 1st value of the 1st column, then right click it, select "Edit", there u can see 0 and 1 byte, change 1 Byte on Float, and the 0 should be changed to 1 - this is the cooldown of our skill, change to 0,4 and click "ok". Now our cooldown of skill is reduced to 0.5.
