    "mchInjDrv.sys" is the madCodeHook system wide API hook driver.
    If he's using the system and system wide then this driver will show up.

    If you have this driver on your system you can just delete it as the system will just self extract the driver again.
    There is always the possibility (like anything in your Windows folders) that it's not the original driver but a malware one dropped by something.
