what lenguage i have to study to lern how to make hack ?

The most used language for hacks, is C++... but I don't suggest you begin you programming study with this language,
because it's a little complicated.

I suggest you start with an easy language, like Java, C# or Delphi. After you can go into C++.

you should start with english.

I would start with C#. Here is a really good tutorial, very clear, concise and gets you started writing code immediately. I just switched from Visual C++ fo CSharp.
