I use "DAO Model and Animation Import Export (3dsmax and gmax)" to import models into 3ds Max 2012. Everything fine (as I think), but I get only this
My experience in 3ds equal zero, I want to render model and nothing else. So, how to render imported stuff with texture?
Material browser shows me, that all textures corresponded to the model were loaded

That looks like bones or collision only. Might there be a model underneath? Have you tried deleting the blobs? If there is nothing underneath I am guessing the import only got the bones
