Actually, you're quite wrong. I'm sorry to introduce myself this way, but you apparently don't have no clue about jurisprudence.
1. Turning to FW Official Forum doesn't make sense because they have no rights to the guide.
2. You don't have no right to post this guide here because...
3. ... even IF it was posted on the Official Forums the author has to agree on distributing it further. The authors have the right to decide how and where their work is being published.

Since you didn't ask one of the original authors nor link to the original guide, which is here (), NOR mentioned the authors in a mannered and appropriate way, you, therefore, have no right to post it on your forum.


This, not even being the only copyright infringement on this site, could get you in a lot of trouble.
