Code:

[Usage]
        LDATTool.exe <command> <InFILE> <OutFILE>

[Commands]
        -d - Decrypt file
        -e - Encrypt file

[Examples]
        LDATTool.exe -d serverip.dat serverip.txt
        LDATTool.exe -e serverip.txt serverip.dat
