This tool is for encryption and decryption Aika Online bin file

System Requirements
This program runs under:

• Windows NT 4.0 SP4 or later
• Windows 2000
• Windows XP
• Windows Server 2003
• Windows Vista
• Windows 7

How to Decrypt

• Run the AikaDeBin
• Drag&Drop any Aika bin file or files to the app window
• Wait operation end
• New decrypted file will be created in the same folder with original one.

How to Encrypt
Process is same with decryption, but your file name for encryption should be identical to original encrypted file and start with "decr_", e.g. decr_ItemList0.bin
