Ola, primeiro tenta postar o conteudo em ingles e em portugues, por que nao ta dando pra entender nada, segundo, qual a versao do windows quer voce usa? 32 bits ou 64 ? voce tenta abrir o aika pelo launcher ou direto pelo cliente? informacoes assim podem ajudar a resolver o seu problema.
