So what is up with the run speed? While you are moving forward you pause moving every few step.

There is a range limit that your character could only run. If you noticed(legit/normally), your character runs in a fast & slow pace randomly.

The runspd cheat just maximizes that.

x.x tried to sign in to the account on my other account, so I need to buy a separately license for every computer? Even if they are on the same wifi signal?

This feature prevents people from leeching - like preventing a vip user from spreading the account.

I see, so there is no way for turn it off on one computer and then enable it on another?
