Mate Macanga em Lost minas Hard. Este é o segundo chefe que se encontra quando você vai para a direita na primeira sala que você entrar e desça as escadas. Você também tem que dar ao NPC montar uma jóia perfeita que pode ser comprado por +/- 320k(não me lembro exatamente) em cirrugor no joalheiro que vende as roupas Pran.

Basta clicar duas vezes no item que você ganhar que estará no inventário para equipá-lo. Depois, você pode encontrar a opção de montagem em competências básicas pressionando K.
