Hey guys, can i get help for casting cooldown for Rifleman skills just like DGs ? headshot, turret, sonicblast etc takes long for casting, thanks in advance!

The long cast skills give more damage and have side effects good. You can only build one with instant skills, they are popular for those who have critical and double high values.
Stay invisible and attack with instant skills will be as or even more lethal than a Dualgunner
