if you want to play Archer, i advise you should increase max Dex.....but get a little point to Con......
About the Archer Skil???
you should increase Skill: lv10,lv38,lv43,lv62,lv69 (all max point)

what type weapon is your build?
i'm lv 70 archer bow type, i'm not adding con, but all to dex...
coz bow is mainly for PVE, have high damage and good for lvling..
