You need to collect all the gears above to craft an item.
If you dismantle a perm item u have a chance to get a gear4,5 or a cell or a core

NOTE: Dismantling forcepack weapons/pets hases more chance for a cell or a core
Cell=+8 or a low chance of a forcepack
Core=100% Chance for forcepack
