About registration process
#1: Everyone can join,
#2: but everyone will pass thru account moderation + activation
without account activation guests can only view forums and can't download or post.
Q: Why I register account, but next day it gone?
A: Your account was rejected
Q: Why my account was rejected?
A: In 90% due fake e-mail, so moderator have no possibility to activate your account.
