Dear guests and also dear users.
From the beginning of May we have closed free, uncontrolled registration in our community in view of popularity “1 day accounts” or accounts just for downloading stuff.
- We have removed users, who even didn’t said thanks to our authors.
- We have removed tons of lurkers and moved tons of users into pre-deleted group.
- We have made tougher control on new users, who got access to the community.
Official addon to the Community General Rules will be posted in near future
- All new users are pre-moderated

I suggest programs that are created here should have some sort of forum log in system to access them, then we could set any kind of rules to control the lurkers etc - just an idea.
