true, ofcourse you tell them you sold to NPC or reducted the item by mistake. They will give you a new item +0.

yes they doing it ..but not for TB gear..;end its always +0...so its useless to sell to npc one item +10 to get one +0 after

But the thing is to have item unbounded... cuz if u were wearing it u cant sell it ^^ And i can approve that tickets works. Did that few times... but only one item they didn't retrieved to me. It was Reinforced Aegis Headband+20 2/2 ... It was awesome item from S1... They told me that they can't find entry of this item in my account :/
