Thread: Atlantica Online

There seems to be absolutely nothing in this game as far as bots go. Even the Chinese gold mining bots gave up. Yet, there's no anti-hacking software on the game, all the packets are unencrypted. I was wondering if anyone could make a simple bot that finds a monster and runs to it. Something more complicated would obviously be awesome, but I'm wondering if it's just too hard for people to make a bot for. Thanks.

What would be even more awesome is if you could find a way to turn the licenses on like Blessing license, auto-battle, teleport, etc. I'd settle for just a bot though.

The fact that the packets are unencrypted makes it easier to make a bot that will find the closest target and attack it. I was trying to google tutorials on how to create a bot, but I couldn't find the right one. Atleast not yet but I will continue to look around and hopefully make you that bot. =]

lol Thanks! I was looking up some stuff too but they are beyond me at this point. I'm just really surprised there's no hacks or bots for this game at all. Maybe the battle system is too complicated.

At one point it kind of worked but it was seriously flawed because it did everything with pixel searching and macros. At this point it hasn't been worked on in many many months and it never really worked well to begin with. You might want to look at it though to get an idea of some of the features it had.

The game actually has a built in bot called Auto-Battle. You have to use a license for it though (eventually it can only be gotten from item mall) and it can be used for 20 battles. Then it must be recharged by fighting 4 manual battles. So basically if you can find a way to turn Auto-Battle on at all times you already have a working bot. Then all you need is auto res and healing and for it to search out enemies.

Yeah I saw the only mentionable bots were macro based. Using that feature in-game bot, would help, but for that you would most likely have to packet edit, and im pretty sure you would need to actually buy the item to receive the packet to know how to recreate that for other accounts, not something Im familiar with. Im still looking so hopefully I will come across something.

Ok, no problem. That bot basically only opens, although it does have a few working macros, otherwise, it's posted only as an example because it's completely worthless at this point except to see some of the features it tried to use. As far as the license goes, you can buy them off the market for real cheap because licenses work by level. So level 1-20 uses a tier 1 license, 21-50 tier 2, etc. A tier 1 license off the market is like 50 gold. They're practically free and they actually give them to you in the beginner quests that you do early on. It's when you start getting higher level that they are no longer on the market and are basically item mall only.

I'm teaching myself C++ right now and I'm learning pretty fast so I'd love to be able to help with what ever you do. I actually like the game a lot, problem is that you really need a bot in this game BADLY. It becomes a real grind in later levels. Are you interested in the game? Btw, if you want to increase your game battle speed way beyond the norm just open up CE and set your battle speed to very slow. Search for 80. Then set it to very fast and search for 120. Just go back and forth and you'll get the battle speed. I set mine to 450. you can also do movement speed if you have a mount. Equip your mount and then search for whatever bonus the mount gives. In the case of a thoroughbred it would be 10 so you search for 10. Take it off and search for 0. Just go back and forth and you'll get movement speed, but this one uses pointers so you'll have to find the pointers if you don't want to have to find it every time you reopen AO.
