I have a question about dedicated server ubuntu.I will install on my ubuntu Virtual Box and via virtual box i will create a VM FreeBSD that i will run my Mt2 server,I will use configure it properly and will work... the problem is with the ddos att on my server if i will have ...This script will affect the server that is running on Virtual Box?

For what I understood your question, you are asking if the anti ddos script will affect your server that is running on your virtual box, I believe not because it was already meant to be used in ubuntu, if in case you have problems, you only need to access the shell via root ..
