well if you check first page you can see have 2 ways for extract files, first one is with BMS Script, if you don't know how use it just leave and use exe for extract it, is not hard, and is all, the blender script load skeletonmeshes for test models.

if you want to edit bin file, you need to have some program that can convert bin to txt
or you can use structorian to edit hem, but you need some structorian data to edit bin file
