the zip file contains a program called RAFManager and RiotSkntoObj please not that you must have League of Legends installed on your computer to find and extract the character models you open RafManager right click the left window and select search all archives and and type in your desired character and look for the .skn and .dds files the .skn is the character and the .dds is the skin you can turn the .dds file into a .bmp file with Paint.Net
