works fine for me on win 8 64 bit so I think win 7 64 bit is ok too, is there any error message or something

it's not yet decrypt
as i know x3d could open with Xara 3D

My tools only for scripts files. All other files not encrypted. The file that you have given model. Here plugin for Noesis.
