    Use patchcdn.pathofexile.com/0.9.8.9/ + filedir/filename (no /patch/ anymore.)

    ex: patchcdn.pathofexile.com/0.9.8.9/Metadata/tips.txt

    Little extractor made by schovan

How to : just copy PathOfExileContentExtractor.exe to path where are *.GGPK file, all files will be extracted to "files" subdirectory. or you can look at the source code C# in Program.cs file.

    download: http://schovan.cz/poe.zip

If someone want improve the source code for add correctly path it will be welcome.

    http://madbrahmin.googlepages.com/GgpkExtractor.zip

Made this a few days ago, should have enough documentation.

usage: GgpkExtractor "path to content.ggpk" "extraction path"

From poking around the extracted Content.ggpk file, it appears the minimap metadata can be completely altered. Considering map data is randomly generated, manipulating the map data might be beneficial. UI is obviously fully customizable.

I am considering putting together a patch/mod if anyone is interested in getting involved.

    (EDIT):
P.S. I am new here. I actually found this site while searching for similar PoE enthusiasts/devs.
    Thanks.

Here's a quickly thrown together GGPK viewer/extractor in C#. Requires .Net framework 4.0.

    https://sites.google.com/site/madbra...VisualGGPK.zip

    ---------- Post added 2012-04-15 at 03:09 AM ---------- Previous post was 2012-04-14 at 02:20 AM ----------

Updated to allow extraction of directory trees. It also allows you to replace game files with your own data, just right click on the item you want to replace and click replace. See previous link.

Backup your content.ggpk before editing it

    Great job there madbrahmin.
The next step is to open the smd's... but when I showed to a dev friend of mine he said that these aren't .smd, but complete gibberish! Lemme know if you guys find anything about it.
