I solved the problem! I noticed that this was a DirectX dll and I see that my DirectX was out of date ... :/ I downloaded the updated version from the net and rescheduled that use DirectX option in Options and worked normally! Resolvi o problema! Reparei que esta era uma dll do DirectX e fui ver que meu DirectX estava desatualizado... :/ baixei a versão atualizada da net e Remarquei aquela opção de usar o DirectX nas Options e Funcionou normalmente!
