Eu estou fazendo igual antes, abro o jogo pelo OLLY, seleciono o processo do jogo pelo WPE,

e envio o pacote uma vez, ele envia normal mais nao recebo nada de exp....
alguem pode me dizer o que eufiz de errado, ou está com bug o envio de pacotes...

Maybe they changed some configuration in quests. I dont know .
But like I said this way probably wont work. Cause you will do the quest just one time. Can't do more than one time now.
If you have success in receiving the item/exp, you could do the quest one time in each char, so you will get items/equips.
