Because the default client has checksum.
So since I haven't messed with an online game before I have to ask, what exactly does this Skill Data contain ?

It contains Data from the Skills, such as: Cooldown, Animation, Name, Description, CastTime and some other ID bytes
for Client reading.

someone can tell me how this works for aika, how to use this program? anyone who have this tutorial.

Just drag the .bin file you want to decode, to inside the software window. And a file will be created in the same directory, something like decr_"nameOfBin".bin. This is the decripted one.
