Are you sure it is 64bits? try re-download the file...

"_recovered" this significate that you tried extract the file without the password, I think that is the reason of the problem.
É pra ficar com medo?
Apenas observo...

comigo não ocorreu isso o progrma funcionou normal,so falta o serial ,e não sei como adiquirir sem ter que pagar espero que alguem me ajude
