Now hjave this mesagem in logout : license Locked, contact your adm,

i have atived this key have 30 minuts..

a dll x4.dll esta faltando na sua pasta do ycs, pegue a x3.dll de uma versão mais antiga renomeie para x4.dll e coloque dentro da pasta do seu YCS

x4.dll the dll is missing in your folder YCS, take x3.dll an older version x4.dll rename it and place inside the folder of your YCS
