I think not afford to change the default language of the game not
At least until today have never seen anything about it not

yes make the game downoad language that you want
then copy the folder ui example aikakr aikaen copy and paste ui aikaen play in kr.

yes it is possible, at aika br in my case I changed the VOSEs of npc's in pesonagens for the Korean aika but never realized the lyrics change
but the sound, yes: D
