The only way to drop very good items, the server would be to change the rate.

Depending if which Aika you play, the Brazilian for example, has an item "Auxilio Poderoso" that offers some attributes to the player, one is 30% more drop, but I do not believe much.
also has the Relics system Drop, where there are two relics (Rivera, Morfhis)
If the relics are high, has an increased in drop in this percentage:
-------------------------------------------------
Morfhis: [lvl 1 = 03%] [lvl 2 = 6%] [lvl 3 = 10%]
Rivera: [lvl 1 = 03%] [lvl 2 = 6%] [lvl 3 = 10%]
