    if you can find qaual and time "delay" of the server we will all be very grateful.
    But I agree with your theory, only the Chande refining a set is a high level, so the theory would begin to refine q 16 for the set up.

    Mais eu concordo com a sua teoria, só que a chande refinação de um set level 1 é alta, para essa teoria teria q começar a refinar do set 16 para cima.

    Bom quem jogo WYD aqui deve saber
    no wyd pra vc tentar anct vc jogava uma beril me um set noobzinho
    ai ele dava um numero por exemplo 121/200 no wyd esse delay era 0~200
    onde o 21 era quase igual o 121
    ou seja o 21 significava o segundos em qnt o 1 os minutos, vc olhava pra saber se o minuto era par ou impar para tentar refinar no minuto igual e o segunto vc usava normalmente exemplo:

    80/200
    8 = minuto par 0 = segundo
    122/200
    1 minuto impar 22 = segundos

    o primero numero sempre seria o minuto em qnt os demais os segundos... acho que deu pra intender kkkkk

    agora o problema e, achar algum geito de ver o tempo do delay de uma forma precisa....
    no wyd tinha o botao insert que permitia ver a hora e o segundo do jogo ja no aika nao tem *-*

    The condition of randomness is something to be hotly debated, however, insist the system time constant ranging from 0 to 100 and restart.
    My tests with fortifications, open chests etc destination shown that there is a constant that can be repeated if found the right range.

    Yeah, even if it is "random", I don't know if you have studied about the Random class in programming, but it uses time to "randomize" its results, so anway it MUST use the time.

    Não se trata de "achar o tempo certo de início", e sim "achar o tempo certo para tentar novamente apartir de um sucesso. Tente com as caixas do destino. Esperando 2 segundos depois de adiquirir item anterior desejado. Depois tente 2 segundos após o término do som do sucesso na fortificação de um item. Você vai reparar um certo "delay".

    This is not about "finding the right time to start," but "to find the right time to try again starting from a success. Try with boxes of fate.     I made some tests in aikabr and it improved my chances of refining some low level items. I remember Ragnarok players used something like that years ago, thank you.
