no only hestia aika have some bugs!!!maybe epic 3 map already on server!!!etc etc but if one day have a new wpe indetectable i will try search for bugs lol with noxtrap with 5 min is impossible :P!!! but if i right have many guys seaching for this "bugs", guys with indetectable wpe if it exists

No, it isn't. I've already checked this possibility. I'm sure about what I'm tallking about, because when you Decrypt packets, let's say that they have a pattern, so you can see every place that you can go by teleport, etc... But what I'm trying to say is: when Epic III comes to our Server... we'll you sure know.

One way to go for it being any lvl, even lvl 1, it is simple, just move the char to Hestia using the teleport hack, then go to the NPC, choose "Move to Ephesus" and presto, you will be in Leopold independent of lvl.
