You can craft it if you have the Recipe and the Items you need. I'll try getting the required item since i havent got a recipe myself =)

the required items comes from HH bosses, depending on the items you are crafting you need to get a certain number of that item. For NA Aika its perfect cell, virus, and marquis skull.
