Thread: Dual Gunner Restraint Skill

first of all thanks to this forum,it's give me so much information, guide and tutorial explained..
i wanna ask about dual gunner restraint skill,
in Aikaindo when my DG use that skill,the p.attack on character info doesn't change at all
and my damage to monster same as like when i don't use the skill.

so what is the use of restraint skill ? is it happen in aikaBR or Aikasea too?
l hope someone could explain it..
